In line with the policies of Tehran University of Medical Sciences based on the development of knowledge-based economy, the establishment of knowledge-based companies and support of technological ideas and projects is on the agenda of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Technology, which depends on creating the necessary infrastructure to reduce their risk It is in the beginning of its activity. One of the most important of these infrastructures is the establishment of technology units growth centers. Therefore, according to the divine power of this memorandum in order to develop the growth centers of Tehran University of Medical Sciences, equal to the approval of the second meeting of the Health Technology Development Center Council dated August 7, 2016 between the Health Technology Development Center with the representation of Dr. Akbar Abdollahi Asl (President) From now on, it will be called the first party, and on the other hand, the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Research Center will be closed with the representation of Dr. Nagmeh Bahrami (Head of Unit), who will be called the second party from now on. 

- Target

The purpose of this memorandum is to start the activity of the Technology Units Development Center of the Maxillofacial Surgery Research Center as a dependent (satellite) growth center of the Health Technology Development Center.

- The subject of the memorandum

It is the participation, cooperation and use of the license of the first party growth center in order to prepare the preparations of the second party growth center in connection with the following matters:

1- Helping to attract and accept the owners of technological ideas and establishing them in the growth center of the second party.

2- Cooperation and support in holding scientific-specialized seminars, educational-extension workshops and empowerment, exhibitions and festivals with the focus on the activities of the second party growth center.
